A little bit of everything

 310 since Friday night., two in the last ten minutes.  The biggest one so far is the 4.7 at 11:33pm on Friday.

The latest in the rash of earthquakes happening in Northern Nevada...11:39pm a 4.9.  Frightening enough as it is, but when you're in a casino it is even more frightening...grrr.

If it doesn't release in Ireland around the same time I think I might have to ask my mom to ship it to me.

 The community is invited to attend a memorial service for Brianna Denison at 2 p.m., Saturday, at the Reno/Sparks Convention Center. The event is titled “Live, Love and Unite in Celebration of Brianna Denison.”

Brianna’s mother, Bridgette, asks that community members forego wearing black, and instead wear blue if possible, which was Brianna’s favorite color.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, people are encouraged to donate to the Bring Bri Back Foundation through Wells Fargo Bank. Monies will be used toward the investigation into her abduction and murder.

 RIP Brianna Denison.  We will miss you.

I'm looking at the weekend of the 8th for coming down to Dickens.  Cross your fingers the weather is good!

 I had to memorize this poem in fifth grade.  I hadn't thought about it until this morning, so I decided to look it up and share it with you.  Enjoy!

 So a water pipe broke on campus today.  It was the one to the library, which means they had to shut off the water to the building, which, in turn, made my job highly difficult.  Oh well.  There's always tomorrow to catch up...if the pipe is fixed...

Oh and I have three tests, a paper and two labs this week.  This weekend isn't going to be here soon enough.  *sigh*  But there's no use of wishing time away.  It goes quick enough as is.  That's another thing...it's already November.  Can someone tell me  what happened to this year?  It's gone *pouf* and I can't seem to find it...

I thought my research paper was due tomorrow for my Archaeology class.  It's not.  It's due on Monday.  I'm so happy. 

My new iPod arrived today!  Yay!

I love my life (for more reasons than just a new iPod)

 My iPod battery finally died.  I've had the thing for three-ish years.  They don't even make mini iPods anymore.  :(  *tear*

 I'm home. I will write more about my adventures when I can think straight again.

I mean seriously over it.  I have spent about $550 on my car since Tuesday and I am now broke.  I had money, but now its gone. It was spent on tires, a new something or other for the front tire/suspension thingie, and an allignment.  Oh joy *scowls*.  I swear I'm going to live in a city that has either great public transportation or is small enough that I'm  not going to need to a damnable car.

In other news (to totally switch keys) I'm going to CT to visit a friend that was studying abroad with me then we are going up to VT to see a band that we met in Galway.  I am so excited to see all of them.  Bad thing about when they will be in the states is that I won't be able to make it to the Jousting Championships.  *sigh*  There's always next year.

Now back to the growing list of things I have to read.  *glares at books* 

It's raining!  hehehe I'm giddy as a school girl :)

It's official.  This semester is going to kill me.  If I disappear, I promise I am reading everything, but posts might be limited due to the unimaginably massive amount of reading I have to do (that and all of the writing in Italian). 

Stardust was amazing.  Everyone should see it or read the book, or do both :)

Back to work at the library tomorrow.  I'm not particularly looking forward to it, but oh well.  If one wants to travel, one must have money and to have money, one must work.  Nasty little catch, isn't it?
